Terms & Conditions – Cash Royale

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Cash Royale platform at cashroyale.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cash Royale.

2. Eligibility

Our services are primarily designed for users located in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction. Cash Royale reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time and may suspend accounts that fail verification.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Cash Royale, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or permanent ban. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with our software

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Cash Royale, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, is the property of Cash Royale or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

Cash Royale supports various payment methods available in Pakistan, including bank transfers and mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. Deposits are typically processed instantly, while withdrawals may take 24–72 hours depending on the method. Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. You must use payment methods registered in your own name. Cash Royale reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud.

8. Bonuses & Promotions Terms

Cash Royale may offer bonuses, promotions, and rewards from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered according to the specified requirements. Cash Royale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and possible account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cash Royale provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Cash Royale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or gaming outcomes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in your account in the preceding 30 days.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and within 14 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, rather than through court proceedings.

11. Termination

Cash Royale reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of Cash Royale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

Cash Royale reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
